Motofil's fit-up roller beds were designed for the rotation, accurate positioning and joint alignment of cylindrical structures (ex. wind towers, cisterns, tubes, pipes... ). This process is complemented by a SAW or MIG/MAG track welding application, before the final merging of the cylindrical structures.
To increase the efficiency of the equipment we can add some rails to the roller beds to facilitate their movement in floor space.
The rotation of the structures is driven by AC engines of variable speed. The rolls can be elevated through hydraulic cylinders that allow the alignment of the cylindrical structures.
We are able to produce fit-up roller beds with load capacity up to 300Ton.
