Motofil Robotique France implements robotic welding solution at J.L.F.D. Production

Through our subsidiary Motofil Robotique France, we celebrate the successful installation of a robotic welding cell at our client J.L.F.D. Production — a solution that fully reflects our commitment to productive innovation and the creation of strategic partnerships with each client.

The installed cell was developed according to J.L.F.D.’s specific needs, making it ideal for welding series with short cycles, high production volumes, and great geometric flexibility, allowing the handling of parts up to 3 meters in length, 1.4 meters in diameter, and 1000 kg in weight.

Based on a H-Table Positioner, this solution is ready to integrate intelligent automation components, such as rotary positioners, an industrial FANUC 120iD/12L robot, and the latest KEMPPI X5 FastMig welding source.

In this project, we also relied on our partner Serre-Outillage, responsible for the design and manufacture of dedicated tooling for the client’s parts — an essential contribution to a complete, effective solution perfectly adapted to the demands of the production process.
