- USER-FRIENDLY HMI CONTROL
All of the functions of the Welding Column are available in a small, simple and portable control. This control was developed by Motofil, taking into account the specific needs of the operators, which makes its use quite simple and intuitive. The main features are all on a single screen, to avoid screen changes in the middle of the welding process. In addition to the column's functions, this control can also have the functions of the other components, such as turners or slides.
- AUTOMATIC SPEED CHANGE
The operator con choose automatic speed changes, through a range of pre-selected velocities. This way, the operator don't need to adjust the welding speed details with each velocity change.
For example, if the operator selects the movement of the arm as the movement that is going to weld, the other movements (car, elevation, rollers, etc.) change to adjustment movements, allowing for small position adjustments, without the machine deviating from the weld.
If the operator doesn't select the automatic welding option, the machine automatically switches to positioning speed. This is usually a faster speed (close to the maximum).
- ECONOMIC AND EASY MAINTENANCE SLIDE SOLUTION
Motofil has developed an efficient slide, without complex components that make it difficult to maintain or replace in the event of a breakdown. This slide solution allows the adjustment of the sensitivity of the joint tracking (which varies from customer to customer and from material to material) and also the adjustment of sensitivity to the tip of the torch (part that is placed on the sensor and that comes into contact with the part).
The slide can be completely interconnected with the column - which has the advantage of stopping the lifting movement of the arm if the sensor detects the part, preventing it from breaking - or it can be installed separately.
